Cancellation And Refund Policy

At SaviniNaturals, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our bio-enzyme and botanical products. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation and refund process as
transparent and nature-friendly as our products.

1. Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure freshness

Our cancellation windows are as follows:

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our
courier partner (typically within 12–24 hours of placing the order). A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the personal care and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products (such as herbal shampoos and bio-enzyme cleaners), refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, do nor accept order, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.
Incorrect Orders: If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a full refund or resend the correct
product at no extra cost.

Please Note: Because SaviniNaturals uses natural fermentation and botanical extracts, slight variations in color, aroma, or consistency are normal. These are signs of authenticity and are not considered defects.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
(Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on
your bank’s processing times.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken safety seal.
Issues reported more than 48 hours after the delivery date (for damages).
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer leading to non-delivery.
