Refund and Return

 

At SaviniNaturals, we stand behind the quality of our bio-enzyme and botanical products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find a solution that ensures your home and skin remain cared for.


1. Returns

Because our products are personal care and household items, we have specific guidelines for returns:

  • Eligibility: You have [7/14] days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The seal must be intact for all liquid products (shampoos, laundry wash, dish soap).

  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase to expedite the process.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items with broken safety seals.

  • Products that have been used or partially consumed.

  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Leaking Products

We take great pride in our eco-friendly packaging, but we understand that transit can be rough.

  • If your product arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo immediately and contact us at savinieco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund for the affected item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5–10 business days).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at savinieco@gmail.com

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

  • Non-refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at savinieco@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.


A Note on Our Natural Ingredients


Please note that because SaviniNaturals uses real botanical extracts like citrus and soapnut, slight variations in color and consistency are normal and expected. These variations do not affect the efficacy of the bio-enzymes and are not considered defects.
